I am a first time home buyer and knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process. Jera offered her help and stepped in right away to assist, she was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. She connected me to the people I needed to work with and consistently checked in with me throughout the beginning process to ensure all was alright. Once I was through the beginning stages Jera connected me to Adam Bailey who assisted me with finding my very first home. Adam was also extremely responsive, his responses were so prompt he made me feel like I was truly a priority. Adam answered every single one of my questions and explained them to me in terminology I could actually understand. I honestly feel like he genuinely cared that I felt comfortable and knowledgeable each step of the way. This was one of the biggest decisions I’ve ever made and I am grateful I had Adam and Jera to help guide me through!
